Just further to this though, I have done more testing with Teamviewer, and (as part of the test) I repackaged the. Hence the Teamviewer MSI is required so they get an ID they can give support - who can then My customer is using Teamviewer to perform remote desktop shadowing of international users - so the end user needs to offer to be remote controlled by support. It won't work if I'm the person who wants TO be remote controlled. I did see the "Teamviewer Remote Control" app in the store, however this is if I want to DO the remote controlling. No application protection policies have been defined. All management is via Intune only (no SCCM etc). They are Wind(Enterprise) machines, and I've deployed the application to users.
